Description
As the HR Solution Architect, you have to govern the systems architecture (applications and infrastructure) of the HR function for the entire Agfa Group. You will have to design, build and maintain this architecture in the most optimal way enabling the strategy of the HR function. As a trusted advisor you work closely with the HR department and its stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Document and Maintain worldwide inventory of systems and interfaces in this space, including local applications, enter in enterprise architecture tool
Optimize the IT systems architecture of all the HR-related processes for Agfa, keep up to date with new technologies.
Design and own the HR systems roadmap for Agfa for the coming 5 years – this can differ between business units – this includes IT sourcing strategy
Execute projects to implement the HR roadmap for Agfa the coming 5 years
Monitor annual and 5Y HR systems budget, vendors and KPI agreements.
Qualifications
Experience is HR processes is a plus, knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies a must.
Experience Requirements
Erfahrung in prozeduraler, funktionaler oder objektorientierter Programmierung
Education Requirements
Master degree (HR, IT, business engineering), combined with 3 years of experience in IT architecture
Skills
Strong conceptual skills to design virtual processes and translate to executable system requirements
Able to make business cases and budget actuals follow up.
Project management skills such as time management and prioritizing tasks and projects for multiple customers
Strong team player, care for people, and relationships.
Good communication skills (Dutch, English) which make it easy to interact with business and functions.
