Business Data Analyst (f/m/x)

Were looking for a highly strategic, highly detail-oriented Business Data Analyst to join our International Expansion Department.
You will help us determine new avenues of growth and give your business analysis background, you will help us determine strategy based on the trends and insights you've identified within our operations.
You should have proven experience in executing strong analysis for marketing teams in the technology space.
Help analyze and provide recommendations for improving our performance, as well as seeking new ways to measure the International Expansion activity's influence over the business results. We need a conceptual thinker that is an articulate communicator and a data junkie - with a unique skillset whose actions will have a huge impact on real people's lives.

You will be responsible for supplying all of the data needs of the International team
Take an active role in strategy building and in providing data-driven insights internally to our expansion team in order to drive operational decisions
Data analysis focal point for Business & Finance related teams
We will need you to know how to create financial models, work on developing and refining budgets, and tell a cohesive and beautiful visual data story to stakeholders at all levels of the company
Ability to model/simulate new features & opportunities financial impact
Build and maintain the teams reporting tools and dashboards
Manage multiple tasks at a time in a fast-paced environment
Lead data-gathering and analyses for the International Expansion efforts, leveraging a variety of analysis tools, looking to extract actionable insights
Work with cross-functional remote teams to increase awareness and its influence over business results
Find proof within the data for International Expansion perception trends and extract stories from between the data lines for PR use
Dive deep into our data to uncover actionable insights and make recommendations that will influence the company's strategic decisions

3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis
Strong knowledge of SQL and Bigquery (inc. ETLs)
Expertise in data visualization and discovery tools (Tableau advantage) - Must
Experience working with remote teams
BA/B.Sc. in industrial/information systems engineering, computer science, statistics or equivalent
Experience measuring offline campaigns and brand performance - a strong plus
Experience working with Google Analytics, Google surveys - a strong plus
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to details and accuracy
Conceptual strategy thinking and the ability to translate data into findings and actions
Someone who demonstrates a work ethic, consistent with hitting deadlines and ideally someone who seeks to find solutions to problems no one else even knows exist without being asked to do so
Great sense of humor and a passion for what you do everyday, willingness to contribute to the Fiverr Family wholeheartedly
Must have an entrepreneurial approach that is independent, creative, passionate and approachable
Experience of working with cross cultural, cross time-zone teams
Ability and willingness to travel
