Marketing Manager

MOS F&B Marketing Sdn Bhd. is a brand new company and has recently opened a soya bean café known as SoYoung Malaysia. The ideal candidate is expected to act as the general manager of the café, following the direction of the management and assisting in the opening process of SoYoung, such as learning the soya bean products, production process, such as etc. and at the same time, to carry out daily task which adhere and comply with company's policies and SOP. Candidates are responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives, conduct market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. 1.) Recruits and trains marketing staff members
2.) Oversees the overall operation of the café and generates plans for improvement
3.) Researches and analyses market trends, demographics, pricing schedules, competitor products, and other relevant information to form marketing strategies
4.) Works with marketing staff to develop detailed marketing plans for all media channels and sales teams
5.) Approves and oversees the creative development of promotional materials, website content, advertisements, and other marketing-related projects
6.) Communicates with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers, and other services to help 7.) Provides in-depth information to interested clients, and acts as a representative for the marketing department in important buyer meetings
8.) Ensures a safe, secure, and legal work environment
9.) Develops, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
Accomplishes department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities.

1.) Broad experience in F&B Industry and high management skill
2.) Multilingual is preferred
