New/current price approval process (using procedural PCS Sheet) RFQ
Negotiate regular cost reductions for FY budget target
New production launching schedule management
Get sourcing approval for each program and draw up an M/L, CDD, award letter and tooling req
Analyze price comparison, logistics route, MOQ, etc.
Improve presentation skills while reporting each business units progress to upper management
Prepare and coordinate orders for prototype events
Accounting Invoice Review (adjustment, delivery, non-invoice, etc.) (Planner due to PPV payment review status)
Evaluate supply base biannually which is reflective on the score card
Maintain records of internal & supplier meetings and distribute to appropriate parties
1-3 years of strong purchasing/planning background
Strong collaboration and effective communication within SEWS Departments (DE, Quality, Logistics, Customs, Acct., etc.) and assigned supply base
Associates Degree in a business-related field
Knowledge Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills required)
Ability to work in a team environment
Regular travel required
Required Japanese bilingual skills
