Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive and growth focussed digital communications strategy across various social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and website
Develop and implement an innovative internal personal communications strategy
Build out narrative and personal branding strategy working closely with a small team of experienced communications colleagues
Work closely with colleagues across the group from the Corporate Communication team to the brand’s PR and Social Media teams to build an editorial calendar
Write engaging and exciting copy
Manage the creation of digital assets
Execute an effective community management strategy across platforms
Monitor, report, and act on metrics across social media platforms
Education Requirements
Degree Level of education
Skills
Fluency in English (must to have)
Proficiency in Italian (desirable)
Experience in social media
Experience using Photoshop (desirable)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment – including covering live events
Flexibility to travel internationally when necessary
Interest in Luxury Fashion, Entrepreneurship and Tech
