Active participation in the design of the target architecture
• Collection, analysis and formalization of requirements for:
- define platform business drivers
- define the platform use cases for multiple business domains
- define the non-functional aspects as well as constraints for the platform for the different use cases
• Assistance in the creation of architectural documents, including:
- business Architecture,
- logical Architecture,
- physical architecture based on IBM Unified Method Framework.
• Participation in the prototyping of the developed solutions:
- Creation of the Garage (laboratories) for:
Banking business adoption
Non-functional aspects early adopters
• Communication and education for Client Technicians on the new definitions and constraints in the solution.

• Experience as an IT analyst in business environment for no less than 5 years.
• Understanding the structure of the IT landscape of a modern company, its components, business models and development methods.
• Experience in collecting, analyzing, formalizing functional and non-functional requirements for scalable, highly loaded, highly accessible systems built on the basis of Domain-Driven Design principles; describing non-functional requirements and formal calculations.
• Understanding the features of complex architecture solutions, experience in describing APIs.
• A broad outlook in the field of architectural approaches/styles/patterns/design patterns and construction of information systems and integration solutions (i.e. SOA,REST, ESB, EDA, etc.).
• Ability to provide reasoned, logical and convincing oral and written presentations. Negotiating and presentations skills;
• Team worker. Willingness to interact with both IT and business specialists.

Upper-Intermediate English
