JOB PURPOSE:
• Global marketing is a critical leadership role for a successful global system integration business. This role will be responsible for working with sales, marketing, partnerships, FujiFilm headquarters, and FujiFilm suppliers to drive the technical product strategy for FujiFilm’s Systems Integration Division.
• The Product Manager will leverage his or her solid technical/engineering skills and business acumen to translate market needs into technical solution requirements.
• The Product Manager will manage and deliver the product road-map through the development of a set of descriptive technical solution requirements for the integration of FujiFilm and other third party systems.
• While this role is global, it is expected that the Product Manager will work closely with regional marketing resources to drive a consistent global marketing program. Some travel will be required (approximately 25%).
• The ideal candidate has a heavy technical healthcare systems integration experience and a good understanding of the competitive hospital integration market space. He/she is an excellent communicator and possesses strong technical, collaboration, and execution skills.

Responsibilities
Act as internal technical expert on the systems integration product as well as the associated competitive landscape.
• Interface and collaborate with technical engineering staff of supplier organizations for analysis of technical trade-offs, while understanding impact of technology stack and impact on final product price and market positioning.
• Perform system analysis of complex technical applications.
• Define and shape the product strategy, product positioning and marketing messaging.
• Demonstrate business acumen, know/stay abreast of latest industry trends.
• Conduct customer key opinion leader and stakeholder interviews; analyze market requirements.
• Collaborate with market-based product managers, sales, and marketing professionals to ensure market needs are understood and met, and the roadmap is clearly defined.
• Perform workflow analysis studies and document processes and workflow of hospital customers; communicate customer needs clearly in form of technical requirements.
• Participate in prospect, customer, and worldwide distributor demonstrations, conferences, strategy sessions, and product update meetings. Conduct and/or participate in product demos and assist in product training as required.
• Prioritize multiple tasks intelligently, identify and problem solve; autonomously identify work effort needed for various tasks.
• Partner with the marketing leadership of the synergistic Fujifilm medical business units (endoscopy, IT, modalities) to achieve financial commitments.
• Consistently manage and report on the product road-map.
• Help educate the Fujifilm organization on what Systems Integration is and how it benefits the various Fujifilm business units; in turn, educate customers on FujiFilm’s capabilities.
• Assist in RFI/RFP responses in a timely and quality fashion, working with professional RFP staff as well as sales teams, to deliver a high win rate.
• Provide competitive feedback and market intelligence to Fujifilm staff across the globe.
• Collaborate with marketing professionals to develop, review, and deliver System Integration value messages in collateral and other marketing channels.
• Assist business development staff in the development of new market channels and determination of their unique product requirements.

Experience Requirements
5-10 years of specific healthcare experience working as a product manager, engineering or IT professional in a technical field.
Experience working with biomedical, IT, and clinical engineering users in hospitals to identify, design, delivery, and scale technology solutions successfully.
Working knowledge of relevant Quality, Regulatory, Quality, Security, and Risk related to medical device and video integration.
Experience with established Healthcare data interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCDA, etc. Cisco network certification desired.
Experience with video processing, video codes, encoding and decoding, video IT networking and video compression.
Familiarity with medical device integration and EMRs.

Education Requirements
BA/BS required. MA/MS preferred. Degree in biomedical, computer or video processing engineering or related technical field preferred.
