Responsibilities

Demonstrate and sell the value of our products that best-fit customer needs in order to generate demand through the implementation of trials
Implement/deliver on the operational plan in his sales area to delivers top-line and GM.
Leverage on marketing and promotion tools such as (price negotiation) in order to secure either the order placement or purchase commitment from the grower.
Provide demand visibility to secure proper seed production and allotment*
Account management to strengthen relationships with growers and develop data-based so as to be the first choice in the the eye's of the customer through the CRM platform.
Provide a consistent customer experience leading to customer loyalty.
Collecting payment from own customers.
Handling quality complaints

Experience Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Education Requirements

BS/BA degree or equivalent

Skills

Skilled in IT solutions
Ability to communicate effectively with a high degree of accuracy and reliability
Fluent verbal and written English communication
Confidence in identifying solutions is a must when putting into place
Strong decision making and issue resolution skills
Passion for all things technical should be the driver in providing solutions and other analytical outputs
