We are currently looking for an individual to fill the role of a Senior Infrastructure Services Sales Representative.
This individual will be responsible for direct and channel based sales of Infrastructure Services products into a variety of Industries.
In this role, you will have the ability to:
• Operate in the sphere of IT Sales, transform the client needs into service offerings
• Participate in active development of the new service offerings
• Broaden the client network
• Work successfully in a matrix environment with IBM client teams and business partners
• You will be comfortable in both a technical dialogue with customers and prospects (understanding the customers IT infrastructure and the customer’s technical objectives) as well as a business dialogue
• Be able to manage and progress pipeline to achieve sales objectives
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
• Perform huge number of simultaneous administrative activities (multitasking)
• Be responsible and accountable for meeting deadlines
Must have 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry and show a solid track record of quota attainment against goals
• Strong communication and excellent presentation skills with the ability to position Infrastructure service’s value to senior managers as well as technical decision-makers, and be able to close deals
• Experience in selling Open Source and Hybrid Cloud Technologies (is an advantage)
• Strong leadership skills
• Must be motivated, a self-starter and have the ability to network across a broad team
• Must be comfortable in proposing and closing professional services engagements
• Russian: fluent
