As a Solution Architect for Networks, IP Connectivity including Network Security, you will break down strategies into architectural capabilities to meet business and IT needs as we are enabling new capabilities and services.
In this role, you collaborate with IT Product Owners and Ericsson business stakeholders to understand and align on the prioritization of business needs and compliance requirements. You will lead the delivery teams with architectural guidance and support, working with agile methodologies, and you would also act as an internal consultant for the many IT areas. To ensure that the architecture is understood and being used to create the business value you will also set up communication tailored to the needs.
Domain experience from IP Connectivity, IT Cloud Networks, WAN (Wide Area Networks), Network Security
Minimum Experience Requirements:
A relevant academic degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience related to solution architecture
Experience from working with Agile methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, IT or equivalent
You are a person with a lot of technical curiosity, can capture and understand complex technical end-to-end scenarios and prioritize what's important in what order for the best outcome.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely across multiple audiences, including the ability to explain outcomes and technical service roadblocks in business terms.
Skilled at developing and exercising cross-functional influence; translating between business owners and technical teams.
Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
Project management skills
Good communication and writing skills in English
