At Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), we live by three core values that drive our business: Partner. Innovate. Act. These values combine to help us create important work all over the world to advance how people live and work.

- Partnership first: We believe in the power of collaboration - building long term relationships with our customers, our partners and each other.
- Bias for action: We never sit still - we take advantage of every opportunity.
- Innovators at heart: We are driven to innovate - creating both practical and breakthrough advancements.

As a Systems and Software Engineer, you will work very closely with the HPE Storage product software development teams supporting mission-critical storage products. You will apply systems engineering principles and best practices to drive product development process and tool improvements that will help improve the product supportability, serviceability, usability, and quality. You will also monitor the install base and field issues that arise, driving improvements back into product development as well as ensuring current customer issues are sufficiently resolved to maintain required product quality levels and meet customer experience expectations.

HPE's Total Customer Experience and Quality group (TCE and Quality) provides knowledge management and quality for HPEs Hybrid IT Group (HIT). Our focus is on improving product and support quality while reducing warranty costs, ensuring leading customer experience and promoting customer loyalty. TCE&Q Engineers drive improved quality through front end risk analysis, leading process improvement initiatives, and defining design requirements to deliver desired customer and support experiences through participation in product core teams.
U.S. Citizenship or permanent resident (green card holder) required.
