Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. The Baltic Large Customer Sales (LCS) team business is growing. Our office in Lithuania is comprised of people with varied skills and a combination of specialist teams that help companies open operations in new markets and engage on a global scale.
The Startups, Export, Entrepreneurship Development (SEED) team is part of LCS and works with startups coming from the Baltic region. We engage startups early to guide them in a way that allows them to scale with Google tools. Within our team, you will work autonomously in a client-facing role, identifying and building a pipeline of players in the Baltic startup ecosystem and helping them grow. You will assess opportunities, build C-Level relations, and educate clients on Google advertising solutions, comfortably working with stakeholders and guiding and influencing account managers and client executives to drive strategic initiatives. Finally, you will utilize data measurement and attribution knowledge and data storytelling and business consulting skills to help our clients.
Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
Responsibilities
As an expert on Google’s measurement solutions, advise clients on the best use of those solutions to answer their business challenges.
Work with Google regional and global product experts to develop innovative measurement solutions.
Use your comprehensive knowledge of Google's products to align them with clients' marketing objectives.
Utilize large datasets to produce relevant, trustworthy data-based presentations and dashboards.
Acquire and share knowledge of the customers' industry, competitive landscapes, client products, and key business issues that affect the client and the industry. Engage with Marketing Specialists, CMOs and CEOs, and work with them to identify where Google tools and best practices can be helpful and would allow them to scale quickly.
Qualifications
Experience in SQL, databases, and database manipulation.
Experience building and automating reporting dashboards. Experience analyzing large and complex datasets.
Ability to convert analyses into strategic insights and impactful presentations in order to drive business and client decisions.
Ability to comfortably present to audiences of various levels and backgrounds.
Ability to handle fast-paced environments with effective time-management and prioritization skills.
Passion for start-ups and technology.
Experience Requirements
Experience with measurement and attribution solutions.
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
