The Team
WarnerMedia's Applied Analytics division exists to drive the identifying, understanding, reaching, and persuading of individual content consumers at scale through advanced analytic solutions. The team unifies Data Science, Primary Research, Software Development, and Marketing Analytics teams to enable scalable, real-time interaction and state-of-the-art modeling with data ingested from multiple sources on our proprietary platforms. Based in Boston with offices in New York, Atlanta, LA and Shanghai, our 50+ full-time staff and a rotating group of Quantitative Analytics Fellows work across all WarnerMedia brands.
Applied Analytics is seeking an intern to assist the Marketing Analytics team. The intern is responsible for supporting the team in delivering analyses and recommendations for Warner Brothers films, HBO and TNT/tbs shows, and live sports and events. The intern will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of analytics, digital marketing, and the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities
The Daily
Support team on all aspects of reporting, analytics, and deliverables
Set-up proprietary social listening analytics tool for partners and create insightful reports
Create/update Excel reports for digital marketing campaigns and movie research results
Assist with ad hoc projects related to the core business
Education Requirements
Candidates must be graduate students or rising juniors, or seniors pursuing an undergraduate degree and must have completed their sophomore year in college prior to the start of the internship. A strong academic record (3.0 or above) is preferred. Media/Entertainment experience is not required. We are looking for candidates with varying backgrounds that will bring a fresh, diverse perspective to their work. The only requirement is a passion for analytics. Candidates will be expected to find their own housing and transportation for the duration of employment.

Requires a minimum 12-week commitment for the term at 40 hours per week.
