FUJIFILM Electronic Materials is seeking an experienced ICT Manager to join our team in Mesa, AZ. The successful candidate will support the company’s processes by making sure that the IT infrastructure and telecommunication links stay up and running in a timely manner. The ICT manager monitors the organization's operational requirements, researches strategies, and technology solutions, and builds the most cost-effective and efficient system to achieve those goals.

Responsibilities
Create plans and provide hands-on support during emergencies, outages, and service transitions.
Manage help desk process, budget, and staff for smooth, responsive operations.
Schedule and budget maintenance and upgrades for optimum operational performance.
Maintain and design programs for Mesa servers for file storage, user directory – in order to keep up a minimum service level during breakdown or disaster recovery periods, duplication of crucial hardware elements, full back systems and adequate back-up and restore procedures identified, planned for, installed and tested.
Maintain and manage the local VoIP system (phone number, voice mail, hardware – phone sets, switches)
Document the network topology in order to quickly access information needed to make purchases and diagnose problems
Assess what type of hardware for LAN requirements and make recommendations for purchase. Assume responsibility for the implementation, configuration and ongoing support of network hardware/firmware.
Assess when hardware and software need to be upgraded and make appropriate recommendations for purchase.
Work with service contractors or equipment/product technical support to identify and solve problems of the local network and the WAN
Implement and maintain network security so that business, file/data, and communications are secure.
Implement and maintain virus protection and backups for the servers to prevent loss of data and damage of hardware and software.
Maintain updated knowledge of company policy, administrative regulations and legal requirements that relate to the purchase of equipment, the security of data, and copyright laws.
Qualifications
MCSE, CCNA preferred
Experience Requirements
Experience with a variety of operating systems such as Windows and Linux is highly desired, as is programming knowledge.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience managing IT professionals
Knowledge of Computers (server & PC)
Knowledge/experience of VPN, VoIP, Cisco products (switch, wireless access point, etc)
Knowledge of networking protocols
Knowledge of Java, HTML
Knowledge of SQL database
Knowledge of network products and protocols
Education Requirements
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field, plus 7 years practical experience.
Skills
Ability to interact with service contractors
Ability to respond and successfully interact with coworkers and administrative staff
