Interface with major automotive customer on pricing quotation / negotiation issues as directed (Account Representative)
Responsibilities will also include customer relations, communication, business preparation (prepare quotation) and coordinate business negotiation with customer
Negotiate with customer for ACR and other related issues as needed
In addition, must communicate with customer on regular basis concerning issues related to customer request and internal responsibilities (pricing, engineering and other issues TBD)
Provide required support for coordinated effort among pricing group to help maintain harmonious customer relations
Prepare yearly budget requirements
Prepare Monthly Sales Analysis report
Responsible for compensation to customer for Rework / Build-out, and as directed
Additional Sales Department responsibilities as directed

Must demonstrate the ability to solve problems, coordinate schedules to meet customer due dates

1-5 years’ experience in sales, finance, cost analyst or purchasing (automotive industry preferred)

Bachelor’s Degree

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent MS Excel skills required to analyze information
Bilingual skills in Japanese and/or Spanish, a plus
